Problems occur frequently when you use too much detergent or improper loading of the dishwasher (always refer to your owners manual for proper loading procedures). If you do over suds, it may cause the dishwasher to leak, leave white residue on the dishes, or not completely pump out all the water. To prevent this from occurring only use the main wash cup and leave the rest empty. If you use a gel type of soap, only use a teaspoon to a tablespoon depending on the water hardness and soil on the dishes. If you are using a powder, only fill up the cup half way and again water hardness and soil play a part. I suggest using Electrasol Tabs it has worked great for me. If you do use too much soap, call our office and we will try to help you with out costing you a service call.
